While we would hope to never have to experience a refund we do understand if Billie's products do not meet your expectations.

We take every care to ensure any Billie Paige Designer Wheatsack product leaves us in the best condition possible.  

But, if within 5 days of delivery you are really not happy please contact us and we will talk about what the process will be that will work for both of us.
