Heating Guidelines

STEP 1
Remove wheatsack from plastic cover and place wheatsack in microwave with a mug of cold water using the estimated heating times (depending on size of wheatsack & the wattage of the microwave)

STEP 2 
Remove wheatsack from microwave and give it a shake to move the wheat around

STEP 3 
Place wheatsack on top of clothing wherever you need heat (if it is too hot - wait a few minutes)

Reminder: wheat can burn, so please handle with common sense
